Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to digital products and services published by Blank Dot Studios. Because our apps serve different purposes, an app may provide an additional notice describing practices specific to that product. If an app-specific notice differs from this policy, the more specific notice controls for that app.

Information we may collect

Depending on the product and the features you choose to use, we may process:

• Information you provide—such as an email address, account details, support messages, feedback, or information you enter into an app.
• App content—such as financial records, market watchlists, schedules, training plans, preferences, or game progress. Some products may keep this information only on your device.
• Technical and usage information—such as device type, operating-system version, app version, language, general interaction events, crash reports, and diagnostics.
• Purchase information—such as subscription or purchase status supplied by Apple or Google. We do not receive your complete payment-card details.

An app’s store listing and in-app disclosures will identify the data that the specific app actually collects. We do not intentionally collect data that is unnecessary for the product’s operation.

How information is used

We may use information to:

• Provide, personalize, maintain, and improve our products.
• Save settings, synchronize features, and restore purchases where offered.
• Respond to support requests and communicate important service information.
• Diagnose crashes, protect security, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

Blank Dot Studios does not sell personal information.

Sharing and service providers

We may share limited information with vendors that help us operate our products—such as cloud hosting, authentication, crash reporting, analytics, customer support, and payment platforms. They may process information only to provide services to us and must protect it appropriately. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Apple, Google, and other platforms may independently process information under their own privacy policies when you use their stores or platform services.

Storage, security, and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We retain personal information only for as long as needed to provide the relevant service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by the type of data and the app involved. Information stored only on your device remains under your control and can generally be removed by clearing the app’s data or deleting the app.

Your choices and deletion

You may be able to review, correct, export, or delete information through the relevant app. You may also request access to or deletion of personal information by emailing us. If an app supports account creation, it will also provide an in-app account-deletion path. We may retain limited information when legally required or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law, unless a product is expressly presented as a child-directed service with an appropriate supplemental notice. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without any consent required by law. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

International use and changes

Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live, subject to appropriate safeguards where required. We may update this policy as our products or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here, update the date above, and provide additional notice when required.
